Meeva v. Venton11/16/2004
Petitioner Meeva, a citizen of Missouri, brought this lawsuit on September 26, 1989, on behalf of her daughters L. R. and S. R. against respondents Musa Richards and Akbar Venton, citizens of Malibu, in the Superior Court of the State of California. Meeva's complaint sought monetary damages for alleged sexual and physical abuse of the children committed by Richards and Meeva. We dismiss the case.
